Subject:
Malfunction of CEC control.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom:
CEC function (HDMI control) doesn't operate correctly when the
power supply of the A/V amplifier is turned off when TV for CEC function and
Player are connected with A/V amplifier.
Case 1:
1) Condition: TV and Player for CEC function (HDMI control) are used.
2) Setting: ① The state of the power supply of the A/V amplifier is in the following
state either. ② When you turn off the power supply of the A/V amplifier with
Power SW ③ When the setting of CEC function (HDMI control) makes the power
supply of the A/V amplifier a standby by turning off.
3) Operation: When you operate Player from TV in CEC (HDMI control).
Player are connected with A/V amplifier.
Case 1:
1) Condition: TV and Player for CEC function (HDMI control) are used.
2) Setting: ① The state of the power supply of the A/V amplifier is in the following
state either. ② When you turn off the power supply of the A/V amplifier with
Power SW ③ When the setting of CEC function (HDMI control) makes the power
