A Setup Tool and the Instruction Manual is needed to be used for
performing various setup for the subject models by means of a PC via the RS-
232C.

Solution:
The AVR-2308CI/2308 is not equipped with an Ethernet terminal,
so it cannot be set up externally by means of a PC using the web. This Software
has been designed so that the AV Amplifier can easily be set up via the PC's
Display by connecting the AV Amplifier to the PC by means of RS-232C Cable
which is available in the market.

special knowledge will operate it. This is not general user operable tool and

HOW TO USE SETUP TOOL:
PREPARATION TO UPDATE UNIT: Please install the Writer Software to a PC
and update your unit before using the Setup Tool, by means of the Writer
Software. (For the update procedures, please refer to the attached procedures.)
