Countermeasure for a malfunction reported when the customer 

connects the source equipment to the COMPONENT input of the AV receiver 
and then the AV receiver and Display with an HDMI connection.

 

 

 

 When the customer connects the source equipment to the 

COMPONENT input of the AV receiver and then the AV receiver and Display 
with an HDMI connection.  If the customer controls the MASTER VOLUME up 
and down, a Flashing Noise is seen in the picture. 
 

 
Solution:  

The MICON software has been updated to improve operation.

Please install the Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite your customer's 
unit upon claim. (Please refer to the supplied rewriting procedures.) 
 
• The Installation Software of the Exclusive Writer Software to be installed to the 
PC. (The supplied Software) "FWCV_AVR3806_V0027_SETUP.exe" 
 
• The Exclusive Writer Software: (After the installation, a short cut of the 
Exclusive Writer Software is created on the PC Desktop.) 
"FWCV_AVR3806_V0027.exe": (The Exclusive Writer Software for the AVR-
3806 that is installed using the above Installation Software.) 
 
• The Update Procedures and the Confirmation of the Version after the update: 
For the update procedures, please refer to the 
“FWCV0027_manual_AVR3806.pdf"
