Subject:
Correction of the Firmware via DPMS (Denon Product Management
Server).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom:
When the Dolby TrueHD audio of "Batman Begins" reproduces, the
noise is generated from "0h49m05s (Track 14)" in the output of "Surround
channel and surround back channel".

Solution:
We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATE via DPMS Read me at first! When you already updated
the firmware of the unit via "DPMS", it is not necessary to initialize the customer’s

1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off.
