Subject:
Correction of the Firmware via DPMS (D&M Product Management
Server).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom:
1) Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of
DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc.
2) The unit can not off the "Audio MUTE" depending on a timing of "MUTE
demand signal "from HDMI Receiver.
3) "HDMI input" does not works when connect a Sky box by Thompson HD.
3-1) problems (no sound) with the new firmware update (DZ09-213)
3-2) HDMI-interoperability issue with Humax Foxstat DVR.
3-3) HDMI-interoperability issue with HUMAX Foxsat STB
3-4) loss of audio output from the 2310
4) Radio station name is not displayed when play the station by choose the
preset after registered the Intermet radio station.
5) The sound of HD audio part is not output by combining BD-C6900 (by
Samsung) and AVR-3310.

Solution:
We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction Manual.)
1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off.
2) Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet
straight cable. (Don't use Ethernet cross cable.)
3) The connection of the network recommends the Ethernet cable for certain
update.
4) Turn the Power Supply of the unit on.
