Subject:
Correction of the firmware of DPMS (D&M Product Management
Server).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom:
1) BD-Live of "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" is not
operated properly.
2) The MENU might be not displayed perfectly while playing the Blu-ray Disc
"Pure audio experience (D&M Europe produced)" when the Tray is closed and
opened.
3) No German text in disc menu of Blu-ray Disc "Underworld".
4) Tray might not be working properly.

Solution:
We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
Please do not use a Proxy for updating in the Network environment! If the
customer uses a Proxy setting the unit won’t update the firmware properly.

Caution:
It is necessary to initialize the unit before the update work begins. The
customer has to initialize their BD/DVD Player. Please update the firmware after
you confirm this matter to the customer.
Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction Manual.)
1) Turn the Power Supply of the unit off.
2) Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet
straight cable. (Don't use Ethernet cross cable.)
3) The connection of the network recommends the Ethernet cable for certain
update.
4) Turn the Power Supply of the unit on.
5) Remove the Disc from the Tray.
