Subject:
Correction of the firmware.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom:
When playing the 20 Century Fox movie titled “The X Files
Complete Ninth Season” DVD the player will pause between 17-20 seconds and
lock up.

Solution:
We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs. *For
update procedures, please see the attached "DZ10-020_FWUP_DISC.pdf".
METHOD OF UPDATE via DPMS (D&M Product Management Server) At this
time, we did not upload new firmware into web server for DPMS. Update via CD-
R.
METHOD OF UPDATE by CD-R with firmware
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models.
Therefore, please record a program file onto a blank CD-R, and update the unit
upon claim.
* Program Files to be supplied in SDI:
