1. 11 blinks detect fan errors (goes H in fault mode) which go to pin 211 IC1103

2. 12 blinks detect SOUND STAGE supplies. Pin 212 IC1103 goes high in fault
mode
In both cases the DG micro will turn the “TUNER SUB” control line off (this
becomes “FSTBY ON” in psu) to cause total PSU shut down. Then the error code will
blink accordingly.
