If the printer has frequent media jams, make sure that you follow these
guidelines:

Always use high-quality laser paper and transparencies.

If a media jam occurs, the printer panel reports “Jam at <Location>”, where

After removing the jammed media, open and close the printer’s front
door to clear the error message from the printer LCD panel.
