The necessary file for printing is not
found.
Reinstall the KX-PS8000 software.
■ Some applications settings may take priority over the printer driver settings.
The printer does not print
correctly (not an error
message).
The computer is not properly
communicating with the printer.
Follow the procedure below and disable
the bi-directional interface.
1. Double-click Status display setup icon in
KX-PS8000 Utilities program group.
2. Click Device tab.
3. Click off Monitor Printer check box.
4. Click OK.
The Status Display function becomes
ineffective.
Unable to Allocate
Memory
BClose the windows of the applications
except for the one which controls the
printer, then print again.
BTurn off the computer, then turn it on
again.
The computer's internal memory for
printing is insufficient.
Printing aborted for
occurred SCSI error.
Turn off the system (scanner / printer /
computer) and turn on again. Then print
the document again.
The printer is not responding.
SCSI Error!! Time Out
occurred.
An illegal error has occurred.
BConfirm the SCSI board is correctly
installed in the computer or cable is
correctly connected.
BTurn off the computer, then turn it on
again.
No ASPI managers were
found!!
One or more ASPI for
DOS managers are
loaded which do not
support ASPI for WIN16!!
Correctly install the SCSI board and its
driver. (Refer to the instructions manual of
the SCSI board.)
