Position the mouse pointer (+) to the side or corner of the
scanning area.

The shape of mouse pointer (+) changes into a double-ended arrow (     ).

Hold down the mouse button and drag the side or corner to
obtain the desired size.

Release the mouse button.

The scanning area is resized.

currently selected. In this case, select a smaller resolution
