Automatic Callback Busy (Camp-On)
Description
The system calls back the extension user when the called party or the selected CO line becomes
idle, if this feature was activated beforehand.

Automatic Callback - Extension
If the extension user answers the callback ringing, the called extension (previously busy)
automatically starts ringing.
