 Making calls using the Directories
There are displays for directory dialling as shown below.
"OUTGOING LOG", "PBX-STA-DIALING", "PBX-EXT-DIALING" or "PBX-SYS-DIALING" 
does not appear when out of range.
To store items of Outgoing Log Directory or PBX System Speed Dialling Directory into PS Dialling 
Directory, press EDIT MODE (FUNCTION + #) button and then F1 (SAVE) button while they are 
displayed.
You can transfer a call to a number stored in the directory. In this case, press the TRANSFER 
button during a conversation and then dial by selecting the directory item.

 To enter characters, refer to "Entering characters" on page 37.

 This is available for "PS-DIALING", "PBX-EXT-DIALING" or "PBX-SYS-DIALING" only.
The other directories don't have this function.
You can lock the PS Dialling Directory to prevent other people from seeing the directory display. 
And it is required to enter the password.
