Denying other people the possibility of retrieving your held calls (Exclusive Call Hold)
Only the held extension can retrieve the call.
To retrieve a call
•
When an intercom call is held, "INT" on the top line of display flashes slowly.
•
The bottom line of the display shows the current status of the outside line as follows:
•
You can hold an intercom call and multiple outside calls.
•
To hold multiple calls, use the "Call Park" feature.
•
When an intercom call is held, "INT" on the top line of the display flashes rapidly in doublets.
