       This is the time that is allowed to elapse before an alarm tone
       is sent to the person who placed a call on hold.

    2. Transfer Recall Time [201]
       This is the time that is allowed to elapse before an alarm tone
       is sent to the person who transferred a call, indicating that
       the destination has failed to answer.

       Sets the Call Forwarding No Answer Time.
