Adjusting Dolby Pro Logic  ’s “MUSIC ” mode

You can use the following modes when the input source is 2-channel stereo.

You can make up for differences in the output level of the front and surround speakers.

 to select “DIMEN ”, and press 

Adjustment range: 

-3 (More surround sound) to +3 (More front sound)

Factory setting: 

In this mode, you can play music more naturally by adjusting sounds assigned
to front and center speakers as a whole.

 to select “C-WIDTH ”, and press 

Adjustment range: 

0 (Center becomes clearer) to 7 (Center becomes wider)

Factory setting: 

You feel like you are surrounded by music thanks to greater spread created by surround speakers.

 to select “PANORAMA ”, and press 

 for selecting “ON ” or “OFF ”.

Factory setting: 

Adjusting NEO:6’s “MUSIC ” mode

You can use the following modes when the input source is 2-channel stereo.

In this mode, you can play music more naturally by adjusting sounds assigned to
front and center speakers as a whole.

 to select “C-IMAGE ”, and press 

Adjustment range: 

0 (Center becomes clearer) to 5 (Center becomes wider)

Factory setting:

C (Center), RS (Surround right), SBR (Surround back right), SBL (Surround back left) 

(

SB when only one surround back speaker is connected), LS (Surround left):

(“

SBR ”, “SBL ” and “SB ” are displayed when the surround back speakers are connected. )

Adjustment range; 

 -20 dB to +10 dB

Factory setting; 

SUBW  (Subwoofer):

Adjustment range;

• You cannot adjust the output levels of speakers other than the subwoofer in the

• You cannot adjust speakers not connected (á pages 13 and 23) and others set

as absent in “Setting speakers and their sizes” (á page 39).

You cannot adjust the effect level in the “
