Normalisation)
Main Menu Operation
Sound Menu Operation
1. Push the “Main Menu” button.
2. Select the “Sound” menu by pushing the
Position Up “
” or Down “
” button and Access
the “Sound” menu by pushing the Position Left
“<” or Right “>” button.
3. Choose the option and adjust by pushing the
Position Up “
” or Down “
” button, and by
setting with the Position Left “<” or Right “>”
button.
1. You can change the level of each Function
(BASS, TREBLE) for each Sound Menu.
2. Sound Menu mode will be memorized for each
TV, AV1, AV2, AV3 and AV4 mode.
Note:
(1) When set to Multi PIP mode and Picture-in-
Picture mode, the main sound is adjusted .
(2) When SOUND AUTO mode is selected in
Sound Menu Operation, BASS and TREBLE
can not be adjusted.
By pushing the Normal “N” button on the Remote Control while the Sound Menu is displayed, the selected Menu will be changed to
the Normal mode.
Normalisation will not occur if the Menu is not displayed when the “N” button is pushed.
The Normal mode is the factory preset condition. Returning to this original condition is called “Normalisation”.

Sound and Music signals are altered and
the best sound is automatically adjusted:
sound (e. g. News and Human voice, etc.)
is adjusted so as to be easy to hear and
music is adjusted to give background
impression.
