Resume On Time
 – [On] will wake the system up at a specific time.  
 
 
Resume Time
 – Specifies the time when system is to wake up. This option is only 
available when the Resume On Time is set to [On]
 
 
Some operating systems, like Windows 98 or Windows 2000, have their own 
power management software that overrides the CMOS settings. In this case, use 
the power management settings provided by Windows 98 or Windows 2000.
