If you set up service using your Sprint PCS Phone, the network
automatically communicates the ESN to us. You’ll only need 
this number when you’re setting up service online at

or calling us from a phone other than your

new Sprint PCS Phone. The ESN, or Electronic Serial Number, is an
11-digit number written on the barcode sticker attached to the
phone. To find it, remove the phone’s battery.

charges that have built up on your account, your service will be
turned back on.

our automated Sprint PCS Clear Pay Program Center to make 
your payment.
