Troubleshooting (FAQ)
● The driver cannot be installed.
• Is the USB cable connected correctly?
→ Check the USB cable connection. (page 13)
→ Disconnect the USB cable, then re-connect it.
• Is the USB function enabled on your computer?
→ When you connect the UW10 to the computer for the first time, if the “Add New 
Hardware Wizard” (page 16) does not appear, the USB function on the computer 
may be disabled. Perform the following steps.
1. Select [Control Panel | System | (Hardware) | Device Manager].
2. Make sure that “Universal Serial Bus Controller” and “USB Route Hub” are 
not marked with “!” or “x.” If one of these items is marked with “!” or “x,” 
you cannot use USB connections. For more information, refer to the docu-
mentation that came with your computer.
