NOTE: The scale must be installed according to the instal-
lation instructions accompanying the scale before per-
forming the calibration procedure here. It is recommended
that you check accuracy of the scale every three months
with a known weight (for example, 5 lb.). The weight
displayed should be the weight applied minus the mainte-
nance tolerance.
