Batteries
• Insert two alkaline batteries (R6, UM3 or AA) as

indicated.

• Remove the batteries if they are exhausted or if

they are not to be used for a long time.

Mains adaptor
– The adaptor must supply 3V DC ->+.
• Connect the mains adaptor to the DC 3V socket.

The 1.3 mm centre pin of the 3.5 mm adaptor
plug must be connected to the minus pole -.

• Set TAPE/RADIO to RADIO.
• Connect the headphones to p. 
• Set FM-MW(AM) to FM or MW.
• Tune to the desired radio station using TUNING.
– The headphone lead will function as FM-aerial.

For MW(AM) the set is provided with a built-in
aerial. The aerial can be directed by turning the
whole set.

– The FM STEREO indicator lights up when

receiving a FM stereo programme.

• Adjust the sound with VOLUME and DBB

(Dynamic Bass Boost).

• The set is switched off when TAPE/RADIO is in

the TAPE position and no cassette player button
is pressed.

• Set TAPE/RADIO to TAPE.
• Connect the headphones to p.
• Open the cassette holder and insert a cassette

with the open part facing the buttons and the full
reel on your left.

• To start playback, press 

2.

• Adjust the sound with VOLUME and DBB

(Dynamic Bass Boost).

• To stop, press 

9 and the set is switched off.

– At the end of the tape the 

2 button is

automatically released and the set is switched
off.

• Stereo headphones
• Belt clip

Hearing safety: Do not play your headphones at a
high volume. Hearing experts advise that
continuous use at high volume can permanently
damage hearing.
Traffic safety: Do not use headphones while
driving a vehicle. It may create a traffic hazard and
it is illegal in many countries. Even if your
headphones are an open-air type designed to let
you hear outside sounds, do not turn up the
volume so high that you cannot hear what is going
on around you.

• Clean the magnetic head after every 50 hours of

operation or, on average, once a month by playing
through a cleaning cassette.

• Do not expose the set and cassettes to rain,

moisture, sand, or to excessive heat from e.g.
heating equipment or in cars parked in the sun.

• Use a soft, slightly dampened chamois leather to

clean the housing.

Do not use any strong or corrosive cleaning
agents such as thinner, benzene, etc. as these
will damage your set.

1 All redundant packaging material has been

omitted. We have done our utmost to make the
packaging easy to separate into two mono-
materials:
– cardboard (box)
– polyethylene (bags, protective foam sheet)
Please observe the local regulations regarding the
disposal of these packaging materials.

2 Your set consists of materials which can be

recycled and reused if disassembled by a
specialized company. Please inquire about local
regulations on how to hand in your old set for
recycling.

3 Do not dispose of exhausted batteries with your

household waste. Handle with care and dispose
according to local regulations.

Pilhas
• Introduza duas pilhas alcalinas, tipo R6, UM3 ou

AA, conforme o indicado.

• Se não utilizar o aparelho durante um longo período

de tempo ou se as pilhas estiverem gastas, retire-as.

Adaptador de corrente
– O adaptador deve fornecer 3V DC ->+.
• Ligue o adaptador de corrente principal à tomada

DC 3V.
O pino central de 1,3 mm da ficha do adaptador de
3,5 mm deve ser ligado ao polo negativo -.

• Regule TAPE/RADIO para RADIO.
• Ligue os auscultadores em p. 
• Regule FM-MW (AM) para FM ou MW.
• Sintonize a estação desejada utilizando TUNING
– O cabo dos auscultadores funciona como uma

antena FM.
Para MW (AM) o conjunto é fornecido com uma
antena incorporada. A antena pode ser direccionada
rodando todo o conjunto.

– O indicador FM STEREO acende-se quando

recebe um programa stereo FM

• Regule o volume através de VOLUME e DBB

(Dynamic Bass Boost).

• O aparelho desliga-sa quando TAPE/RADIO está

regulado para a posição TAPE e não se carrega
em nenhuma tecla do leitor de cassestes.

• Regule RADIO/TAPE para TAPE.
• Ligue os auscultadores em p.
• Abra o compartimento das cassetes e introduza

uma cassete com a parte aberta voltada para as
teclas e o carreto cheio no lado esquerdo.

• Para iniciar a reprodução, carregue em 

2.

• Regule o volume através de VOLUME e DBB

(Dynamic Bass Boost).

• Para parar, carregue em 

9; o aparelho fica

desligado.

– No fim da fita, a tecla

• Auscultadores estéreo ou auriculares estéreo
• Grampo do cinto

Evitar lesões auditivas: Evite utilizar os
auscultadores com o som muito alto. Os otorrinos
avisam que a exposição contínua e prolongada a
um volume muito elevado, pode danificar
permamentemente a audição.
Segurança rodoviária: Não utilize os
auscultadores quando conduzir um veículo. A
utilização de auscultadores nestas condições pode
provocar um acidente de trânsito e, em muitos
países, é uma violação da lei vigente. Mesmo se
os auscultadores forem do tipo “ar-livre”,
concebidos para permitir-lhe ouvir os sons
exteriores. Não aumente demasiado o volume para
que possa ouvir tudo o que se passa à sua volta.

• Limpe a cabeça magnética após 50 horas de

funcionamento ou uma vez por mês através da
reprodução de uma cassete de limpeza.

• Não exponha o aparelho e as cassetes à chuva,

humidade, areia ou a calor excessivo, tais como
aparelhos de aquecimento ou em carros
estacionados ao sol.

• Utilize uma camurça ligeiramente humedecida

para limpar a caixa. Não utilize agentes de
limpeza que contenham álcool, substâncias
voláteis, amónia ou abrasivo etc., porque tais
produtos podem danificar o aparelho.

1 Todos os materiais de empacotamento

superflúos deixaram de ser utilizados. Fizemos o
nosso melhor para facilitar a separação da
embalagem em dois materiais individuais:
– cartão (caixa)
– politileno (sacos, folha de espuma protectora)
Tenha atenção às normas locais sobre os
desperdícios dos materiais de empacotamento.

2 O aparelho é composto por materiais que podem

ser reciclados, se forem desmontados por uma
empresa especializada. Procure conhecer as
normas locais sobre como entregar o seu
aparelho velho para reciclagem.

3 Não misture as pilhas gastas com o lixo

doméstico. Procure conhecer as normas locais
sobre como eliminar as pilhas.

Batterier
• Sæt to alkaline batterier i som vist, type R6,

UM3 eller AA.

Lysnetadapter
– Adapteren skal levere 3 V jævnstrøm ->+.
• Slut adapteren til bøsningen for 3 V jævnstrøm.

Det midterste ben (1,3 mm) på adapterstikket (3,5
mm) skal sluttes til den negative pol -.

• Sæt TAPE/RADIO til RADIO.
• Tilslut hovedtelefonen til p.
• Stil FM-MW(AM) på FM eller MW.
• Stil ind på ønsket station ved hjælp af TUNING

kontrollen.

– Hovedtelefonens kabel vil fungere som FM-

antenne.
Til MW(AM) har apparatet en indbygget antenne.
Antennen indstilles ved at dreje hele apparatet.

– Lamperne for FM STEREO tændes når der stilles

ind på et FM-stero-program.

• Indstil lyden ved hjælp af VOLUME og DBB

(Dynamic Bass Boost).

• Apparatet slukkes hvis TAPE/RADIO sættes i

stilling TAPE og der ikke trykkes på en af
kassette-afspillerens knapper.

• Sæt RADIO/TAPE til TAPE.
• Tilslut hovedtelefoner til p.
• Åben kassetteholderen og sæt en kassette i med

den åbne del vendt mod knapperne og den fulde
spole til venstre.

• Tryk, for at starte afspilning, på

Pas på hørelsen: Brug ikke hovedtelefonen ved høj
lydstyrke. Høreeksperter erklærer at fortsat brug ved
høj lydstyrke, permanent kan skade hørelsen.
Trafiksikkerhed: Anvend ikke hovedtelefon mens
du kører i et køretøj. Det kan skabe farlige
situationer i trafikken og er ulovligt i mange lande.
Selv hvis din hovedtelefon er af den åbne type,
designet til at lade dig høre omgivende lyde, bør du
ikke skrue lydstyrken så højt op at du ikke kan høre
hvad der sker omkring dig.

• Rengør det magnetiske tonehovede efter hver 50

funktionstimer, eller, i gennemsnit, én gang om
måneden, ved at afspille en rensekassette.

• Udsæt ikke apparatet og kassetter for regn, fugt,

sand eller stærk varme f.eks. fra varmeudstyr
eller i motorkøretøjer parkeret i solen, da
apparatet i så fald vil tage skade.

• Brug et stykke blødt, let fugtet vaskeskind til

rengøring af kabinettet.

Brug aldrig rensemidler indeholdende alkohol,
sprit, ammoniak eller slibemidler.

1 Al unødvendig emballage er udeladt. Vi har gjort

vort bedste for at gøre emballagen nem at opdele
i to enkeltmaterialer:
– pap (kasse)
– polyetylen (poser, beskyttende skumplader)
Overhold venligst lokale regler vedrørende
bortskaffelse af disse emballagematerialer.

2 Apparatet består af materialer som kan

genbruges hvis det skilles ad af et specialiseret
firma. Undersøg venligst lokale regler for
indlevering af dit gamle apparat til genbrug.

3 Smid ikke brugte batterier ud med
