Fixed Dial
This menu allows you to restrict your outgoing calls.
You need to enter PIN2 code, which has to be
supplied / supported by your network operator.
Not all SIM cards support PIN2 code. If your SIM
card  does  not  have  a  PIN2  code,  this  option  is  not
available.
Barred Dial
This menu allows you to restrict different types
outgoing calls.You can activate or deactivate this
feature if your SIM card supports it.
Change Password
This menu allows you to change the 
PIN 
code, 
PIN2
code and 
Phone Lock Password
.
PIN
It is supplied together with the SIM card. The default
PIN is supplied by your service provider.
If you enter an incorrect PIN code three times in
succession, the PIN code of your SIM card will be
locked automatically and you will be prompted to
enter the PUK code to unlock it. You can obtain the
PUK code from your service provider. If you enter an
incorrect PUK code ten times in succession, the SIM
card will be locked permanently. When this happens,
please contact your network operator or retailer.
PIN2
It is used to access certain network functions such as
call charges or fixed dial, etc. If you enter an incorrect
PIN2 code three times in succession, the PIN2 code
of your SIM card will be locked. To unlock PIN2
code, you need to obtain the PUK2 code from your
service provider. If you enter an incorrect PUK2 code
ten times in succession, the SIM card will be locked
permanently. When this happens, contact your
network operator or retailer.
Phone Lock Password
It protects your phone against unauthorised use by
other parties. To protect your data, you need to enter
the phone lock password before you restore factory
settings. The default phone lock password is 1122.
Mode
There are two modes: 
On 
(you can
dial any number) and 
Off 
(you can
only dial the numbers stored in the
Fixed Dial List).
Fixed Dial List
Displays the fixed dial list. Press L
Add
, enter the name and phone
number, then press L, enter
PIN2 code and press L.
