Open the battery holder. Place two
batteries (make sure the + and - poles are
pointing in the right direction). Close the
battery holder again.

Use R6/1.5 Volt batteries. We recommend Philips
Powerlife batteries because of their long life.

When the batteries are empty, do not throw
them away with the normal household waste, but
hand them in at an official collection point.
