OVERVIEW:

The components in this kit will improve the braking performance of your 1996-04 Mustang GT. This kit requires
the use of 17" wheels such as those used on the 1994-04 Mustang Cobra. Other wheels that will clear the
calipers in this kit are Ford Racing part numbers M-1007-R58/C58/C178/D178. A 1994-04 17" x 4" mini-spare
wheel is available from Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealers under part number F4ZZ-1K007-C or Ford Racing part
number M-1007-K.

The installation of this kit can be done by someone with an average amount of experience, but it is very important to
follow the instructions in the Brake Section of the 1996-04 Mustang Shop Manual or equivalent. If you do not feel
comfortable with this, have the installation performed by an experienced mechanic.
