From the Control Panel, double-click the Networking icon. Select the

From the window that appears, click Settings. You’ll see the Adapter
Setup window.

Click the menu for Network Speed.

Click 100 or 10 Mbps, depending on switch speed.

Click the menu for Duplex Mode.

Click Full.

Click OK.

Click Restart Windows NT.
