The following table describes the labels in this screen.

Factory default

Select this, unless you have spoofed (cloned) your computer’s MAC address 

before.

Spoof this 

computer’s MAC 

Address

Select this if you want the ZyXEL Device to use the MAC address of another 

computer, instead of its default MAC address. You might try this if you lose your 

Internet connection because some ISPs check the MAC address of the device 

connected to the Internet.

IP Address

If you select Spoof this computer’s MAC Address, enter the IP address of the 

computer whose MAC address you want the ZyXEL Device to use. This is usually a 

computer on the LAN.

Click this to return to the previous screen.

Next

Click this to save your changes on this screen and to proceed to the next screen.

Exit

Click this to close the wizard without saving the changes on this screen.
