and later adjusted to a lower setting if desired. Be sure to unplug pump before
adjusting flow setting.
WARNING
: RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK
• Do not connect to any voltage other than that shown on the pump.
• This pump is supplied with a grounding conductor and grounding-type attach-
ment plug. To reduce the risk of electric shock, be certain that it is connected
only to a properly grounded, grounding-type receptacle.
• The national electric code requires that a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI)
be used in the branch circuit supplying fountain pumps and other pond
equipment. See your electrical supplies dealer for this device.
• If the supply cable is damaged it can not be replaced and the pump unit should
be discarded.
WARNING
: RISK OF FIRE
• Do not use with water above 30˚C.
• Do not pump flammable liquids.
3.  Attach the pump to the connector tube on the fountain and place the pump inside
the fountain. Take the lamp and feed from the back of the fountain through the hole in the front and snap into clip.
WARNING:
Ensure that the plastic cap housing the light for protection is taken off the bulb before plugging into outlet.
Failure to do so will result in melting the cap and potentially damaging the light.
Attach the AC adapter jack to the base power cord. Both the wires from the pump and the
light should run through the notch on the back of the fountain. Connect the cable for light
to that AC adapter and tighten.
