You have three ways to choose from to perform the scan operation 
depending on whether the destination is set with a one-touch key or a 
one time key, or set through direct input from the copier control panel.

Specifying the destination using a one-touch key:

Press the Scan key on the copier.

Select the “Destination” tab.

Select the “IndexList” key.

Select the target index from the index list. Touch “Enter.” (Registering 
Index, see p. 7-66)

Select the one-touch key in which the destination has been set. The 
one-touch keys that can be used at this time are only those, for which 
“Scan To E-mail” has been set for Job Type when one-touch key 
registration was made.

Set the scanning mode.

Specify the document.

Press the Start key.
