Select New Child Keyword from the Keyword menu, or 
click the New Child Keyword button in the button 
panel.
A key symbol followed by a text entry box appears 
indented below the keyword you selected.

Type the new child keyword in the text entry box.
Click outside the box to save the new keyword.

Note

The New Child Keyword button only appears in the button 
panel of the Keyword List window.

You can import a text file of keywords into a collection.

In the standard version of ImageAXS, use a carriage 
return (either hard or soft) to separate keywords n the 
text file.

In ImageAXS Professional, you can use a character-
delimited or indented (outline) format. Before 
attempting to import keywords, open the Import 
Keywords dialog box (see below), then create your text 
file to match one of the readable formats shown in the 
dialog box.

Open the collection into which you want to import 
keywords from a text file.

Select Import from the File menu.
A file dialog box prompts you to select a file to 
import.
