INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PERIMALUX NRG-30X SERIES
WARNINGS:
Disconnect power before installation or servicing.
Install, operate and maintain to meet all applicable codes.
Supply voltage must be 120V.
Protect all wiring connections with approved insulators (by others).
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Allow 6" (152.4 mm) minimum supply wire outside of junction box.
Provide a watertight seal between fixture and building structure using a silicone
sealant.
Lamp is included with fixture.
GENERAL INFORMATION, SURFACE MOUNT CONDUIT BOX
ACCESSORY:
Use a waterproof pipe joint compound (by others) for all entries into conduit
box.
Plug all unused entries into conduit box.
Threaded entries are tapped ½-14 NPS.
Use ¼" dia. (6.3 mm) minimum hardware (by others) to mount conduit box.
FLUSH WALL MOUNT - FIGURE 1
1. Thread two 3" (76.2 mm) long fixture retaining screws (1) completely through
mounting bracket holes marked “A”.
2. Install mounting bracket to existing junction box with two ½" (12.7 mm) long
screws (2).
3. Remove lens retaining screw (3).
4. Remove lens and lamp.
5. Make wiring connections.
6. Mount fixture with two washers (4) and  nuts (5).
7. Replace lamp, lens and tighten retaining screw.
SURFACE MOUNT CONDUIT BOX ACCESSORY - FIGURE 2
1. Drill 5/16" (7.9 mm) hole in conduit box at drill point location.
2. Mount conduit box with arrow on inside pointing upward.
3. Connect conduit (by others).
4. Install gasket (6) with adhesive side against conduit box.
5. Remove lens retaining screw (3).
6. Remove lens and lamp.
7. Make wiring connections.
8. Connect ground wires to ground screw in conduit box.
9. Mount fixture with two 3½" (88.9 mm) long screws (7).
10. Replace lamp, lens and tighten retaining screw.
