The installation of Kaspersky Anti-Spam should be performed by the
root

Kaspersky Anti-Spam 2.0 is distributed:

as an rpm package for most versions of Linux OS (RedHat, SuSe,
Mandrake, Fedora, ASP Linux, Alt Linux, etc.);
