Resampling Options
By default, SmartDraw Photo uses Smart Resampling to resample images that
you scale down. This type of resampling blends details taken out of the photo
with details that remain. If you make your images larger, Smart Resampling
does not apply any resampling.

If you want to apply resampling to images that you scale up, click on More in
the Scale dialog and from a drop-down menu of options choose Resample

Scale Proportionally
By default, SmartDraw Photo scales your image proportionately. As you enter
the dimension for width, SmartDraw Photo will automatically calculate the
dimension for height. If you want to scale your image disproportionately, click
on More in the Scale dialog and uncheck the box next to Scale Proportionally.
