Shooting Pictures Automatically at Set Intervals (Inter-
val Shooting)
Shoots pictures automatically at fixed intervals.
In the [Shooting] menu, select [Interval Shooting], and then 
press the $ button.
The [Interval Shooting] screen appears.
Select minutes/seconds with the #$ 
buttons, and then set the interval 
value with the !" buttons.
You can set the shooting interval from among
1 second, 2 seconds, or between 5 seconds 
and 1 hour (in 5-second increments).
Select the number of shots with the 
#$ buttons, and then set the value with the !" buttons.
Values from 1 to 99 or A can be set.
Press the MENU/OK button.
[Interval Shooting] appears on the screen.
Press the shutter release button to shoot the picture.
A picture is taken every time the fixed interval elapses.
Press MENU/OK to end shooting when all the desired 
photographs have been taken.
 Caution -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
•  Depending on the [Shooting] menu settings, the time until the next picture can be taken may be
longer than the time set for interval shooting.
•  The self-timer cannot be used with interval shooting.
•  Interval Shooting cannot be set when the focus is set to [Subject-tracking AF].

•  Interval Shooting is canceled if the power is turned off.
•  Charge the battery before shooting.
•  A card with sufficient available memory or a high speed memory card is recommended.
