1)  Press ▲▼ to select [FRAME LOCK].
2)  Press ◀▶ or press the <ENTER>

[FRAME LOCK] individual adjustment 

screen is displayed.

3)  Press ◀▶ to switch [FRAME LOCK].

you press the button.
