Modifying the preset temperature

The preset temperature for each 

function can be changed to suit the 

cooking requirements.

At any time while cooking is in 

progress, press   then press   or 

 to increase or decrease the cooking 

temperature by 5 degrees at a time. 

(hold the key down for rapid increase 

or decrease).

Defrosting and Rising functions can be 

accessed by selecting the appropriate 

temperature whilst in the Fan-assisted 

grill function. (30°C for Defrosting 

and 40°C for Rising, runners should 

be used in position 1 from the bottom 

when using  these functions).

Switching the oven off

You can switch the oven off at any time 

by pressing   and holding for at least 

3 seconds. The appliance goes into 

clock display mode.
