This section explains how to install your appliance for the most energy-efficient, safe and quiet operation.

Remove all packaging and tape.

As the appliance gives off heat during operation, it should be installed 

in a well-ventilated, dry room with plenty of space above and behind it, 

as shown in Figure 1.

If you can hear it vibrating, it needs more space.

(However, if there is a wall on the side of the refrigerator, a space of 

32.5 mm or more is required on the hinge side for the doors to open 

90° or more.)

The room temperature affects the refrigerator’s energy-efficiency, i.e. 

how much electricity it uses to chill and freeze foods.

For the best results, install your refrigerator:

● 

away from direct sunlight

● 

away from radiators, cookers or other heat sources

● 

where the room temperature corresponds to the climate 

classification for which the appliance is designed. Refer to the 

Specifications Section for your appliance’s climate classification.

● 

Extreme temperatures or environmental conditions may have 

negative impact on its performance.

 

Stored food may spoil.

After carefully positioning the appliance so as not to damage floor 

surfaces, install on a level floor that’s strong enough to support a fully 

loaded refrigerator.
You can adjust the level of the refrigerator by screwing or unscrewing 

the two adjustable legs as shown in Figure 2.

This prevents vibration and noise.
If the appliance is to stand on a carpeted or vinyl floor, put a solid board 

underneath it first. This will protect your floor against possible colour 

change due to heat given off by the appliance.

The refrigerator’s door hinges can be swapped over, from the right side 

to the left, so that the doors open in the opposite direction. If this is

U ovom je dijelu objašnjeno kako se uređaj ispravno postavlja da bi bio energetski učinkovit, siguran i tih.

Uklonite svu ambalažu i ljepljivu traku.

Kako uređaj za vrijeme rada otpušta toplinu, mora se postaviti u dobro 

prozračenu suhu prostoriju s dovoljno mjesta iznad i iza uređaja, kako 

je prikazano na slici 1.

Ako uređaj vibrira, potrebno mu je više mjesta. 

(No ako se sa strane hladnjaka nalazi zid, potreban je razmak od 32,5 

mm ili veći na strani sa šarkama da bi se vrata mogla otvoriti za 90° 

ili više.)

Sobna temperatura utječe na energetsku učinkovitost hladnjaka, tj. 

koliko je električne energije potrebno za hlađenje i zamrzavanje hrane.  

Da bi se postigli optimalni rezultati, hladnjak postavite: 

što dalje od izravne sunčeve svjetlosti 

što dalje od radijatora, štednjaka i drugih izvora topline 

gdje sobna temperatura odgovara klimatskoj klasifikaciji za koju je 

uređaj dizajniran. Klimatsku klasifikaciju uređaja potražite u dijelu s 

tehničkim podacima.

Ekstremne temperature ili uvjeti okoline mogu imati negativan 

utjecaj na radne odlike. 

Pohranjena hrana može se pokvariti.

Nakon pažljivog smještanja uređaja kako se ne bi oštetio pod, 

postavite ga na ravan pod koji je dovoljno čvrst da bi mogao podnijeti u 

potpunosti napunjen hladnjak.
Visinu hladnjaka možete podesiti tako da zavrnete ili odvrnete dvije 

podesive nožice kako je prikazano na slici 2. Tako se sprečavaju 

vibracije i buka.
Ako uređaj postavljate na tapison ili na vinilni pod, ispod njega stavite 

čvrstu dasku. Tako ćete zaštititi pod od mogućih promjena boje zbog 

topline koju uređaj otpušta.

Šarke vrata hladnjaka mogu se prebaciti s desne na lijevu stranu 

tako da se vrata mogu otvarati u suprotnom smjeru. Ako vam je to
