— Intercom Calling
• Off-hook.
• Dial the extension number, or press a DSS
button.
— Outward Dialling
• Off-hook.
• Dial 9 or 81 through 88, or press a CO
button.

- 81 – 88 : Line Access, CO Line Group

: Line Access, Individual
• Dial the phone number.
❐ Receiving Calls
• Off-hook.
OR
• Press a flashing CO button directly
(Answering, Direct CO Line), or a flashing
INTERCOM button directly.
To enter programming mode
(Be sure the telephone is idle and on-
hook.)
Press: PROGRAM    9    9
To exit programming mode
Press: PROGRAM  or lift the handset
❐ Call Waiting Tone Type Assignment
• Enter the programming mode.
• Dial 5.
• Dial 1 or 2.
- 1 : Call Waiting Tone 1
- 2 : Call Waiting Tone 2
• Press STORE button.
• Exit the programming mode.
Off-hook: Lift the handset or press the
SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
On-hook: Hang up or press the
SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.

• When setting “Idle Line Preference — Outgoing,” “No Line Preference — Outgoing,” or “Prime
(CO Line) Preference,” press the INTERCOM button after going off-hook to activate the following
operations. (Pressing the INTERCOM button directly without going off-hook is also available.)
