If the error message is still displayed after required action is taken correctly, contact an authorized 
service representive. 

Top cover and/or rear cover are/is open.

•

Close the cover(s).

Toner cartridge is not installed or in wrong setting.

•

Install the toner cartridge.

•

Reinstall the toner cartridge correctly.

The wrong toner cartridge has been installed in the printer.

•

Replace with a Panasonic KX-P7500 Series toner cartridge.

The printer is running out of toner.

•

Purchase a new cartridge and replace the toner cartridge.

The toner is low. The TONERLOW menu item is set to STOP.

•

Purchase a new cartridge and replace the toner cartridge.

•

Set the TONERLOW menu item to CONTINU.

•

Press the ON LINE/CONTINUE button.

The printer detects a paper jam.

•

Open the cover and remove the jammed paper, see pages 

for more information.
