Open the lower left side door.

Remove the jammed media.

Close the lower left side door.



Remove the selected media tray (middle or lower media tray).

$

Remove the jammed media from inside the printer.

%

Reinsert the media tray.

&

Open and close the front door to clear the error message from
the LCD
