■ Creating an Address Book

For details on how to edit a registered address, refer to Adding to the Address Book in the Operating Instructions
(For Scanner and Email) on the provided CD-ROM.

Up to 1060 addresses can be registered.

Enter the Email Address, and then
select "OK".

Enter the Email Address.
(Up to 60 characters)

Select "OK".

To input upper case
letter(s).

To input numbers and/or
symbols.

To move the cursor (_)
to the left or right side.

To erase the character
before the cursor.

To input a space
between characters.

To select pre-registered
domain name.

To search address from
LDAP server by entering
the name.

For registration of Domain Name, refer to
Fax/Email Settings (User Parameters) in
the Operating Instructions (For Function
Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.

 Select "10-19",

and then scroll
a page.

Select "16 Add New
Email Address".
