You can create groups of contacts for simplified management.

Tap [People] in the Home screen or app list.

Tap the 

 tab.

Tap 

 and, if prompted, select the account that the contact will be added to.

Tap [Group’s name] and enter a name for the group.

Tap [Type person’s name], enter the name of someone you want to add to the group, and then tap
the person’s name when it is displayed.

You can also add a contact to a group later by editing the contact.

Tap [DONE].

Tap [People] in the Home screen or app list.

Tap the 

 tab.

Select the desired group and then tap 

 

® [Delete] ® [OK].

•

Contacts in the group will not be deleted.

Tap [People] in the Home screen or app list.

Select the desired contact.

•

You can select your contact information as well as other people’s contact information.

Tap 

 

® [Share].

Select the desired method and then follow the on-screen instructions.

•

When sharing contacts with a Bluetooth-compatible device, make sure the other device’s
Bluetooth feature is turned on and that the device is set to discoverable mode.

You can share all contacts displayed on the contacts screen. You can use this feature to backup all your
contacts, or search for certain contacts and narrow the items down before sharing them.

Tap [People] in the Home screen or app list.

Tap 

 

® [Import/export] ® [Share visible contacts].

Select the desired method and then follow the on-screen instructions.

When sharing contacts with a Bluetooth-compatible device, make sure the other device’s
Bluetooth feature is turned on and that the device is set to discoverable mode.

•

Group names are not sent when exporting contacts using this method.

You can back up all your contacts to the phone’s USB storage.

Tap [People] in the Home screen or app list.

Tap 

 

® [Import/export] ® [Export to storage] ® [OK].
