From the Home screen, press

Tap [Settings]
® [Wireless & networks] ® [Tethering & portable hotspot] ® [Portable Wi-Fi
hotspot settings]
® [Configure Wi-Fi hotspot].

Configure the SSID (i.e., network name), security method, and password, and then tap [Save].

Turn on the [Portable Wi-Fi hotspot] checkbox.
