Network Setup
The Setup menu is used to specify network settings, create a NetWare queue, or delete NetWare objects for the
selected printer.
The Network Setup is used to configure the settings for the selected printer.
When you are finished, click the
Setup
 button.
A dialog box opens asking you to confirm the
settings.
Check that the settings are correct, and then
click the
OK
 button.
The following completion message appears
after the new settings are sent to the printer.
Click the
Yes
 button.
The printer restarts, and the new settings are
applied.
Select a printer, then open the
Setup menu,
and then select
Network Setup....The Network
Printer Setup window opens.
Note:
If a password was setup for the printer, the password
entry window opens. Enter the correct password
(default: 0000). If you select the
Guest user (read
only)
check box, you can leave the password field
blank, and still open the printer setup window. In this
case, however, you can only view the settings, but
cannot modify them.
Use the
General tab, TCP/IP tab, and NetWare
tab to switch between various settings.
