Create NetWare Queue
Select a printer and start the
Create NetWare Print Queue wizard. Follow the instructions in the wizard to
create the NetWare queue.
Depending on which mode you selected, the
NDS context selection screen, or File server
selection
 screen appears (the example below
shows the NDS context selection screen).
Specify the NDS context, or file server, and
then click the
Next
 button.
In the
NDS context selection screen:
Expand the NDS tree where you want to create
the queue, and then select the NDS context
location before clicking the
Next

button.
Select how to manage the queue in the
NetWare server. Select either the
NDS Mode
or
Bindery Mode option button, and then click
the
Next
 button.
Click the
Next
 button.
Select a printer, and then select
Create
NetWare Queue from the Setup menu.
The
Create NetWare Print Queue wizard
appears.
Note:
If you do not have Administrator's privileges, a
NetWare Client login screen appears when you try to
expand the NDS tree. You can only expand the NDS
tree if you have logged in with appropriate privileges.
In the
File server selection screen:
Select the file server to which the printer is
to connect to from the list, and then click the
Next
 button.
Select the mode for the printer to use when
connecting to NetWare. Select either the
Print
Server Mode, or Remote Printer Mode option
button, and then click the
Next
 button.
A screen appears for you to specify the name
of the new queue.
Note:
If you do not have supervisor user privileges for the
selected file server, a NetWare Client login screen
appears when you click the
Next
 button.
You can only select a file server, and proceed to the
following steps if you have supervisor privileges.
