If the following situations occur, the pre-warning indication is displayed on the digital 
proprietary telephone of Operator 1.

Memory: When the system finds the wrong system data, the indication 

System Data 

Err 1

 is displayed.

Printer: When the paper of the printer for SMDR runs out or the printer is out-of-service, 
the indication 

Check Printer

 is displayed. Check the printer.

Built-in Voice Message resource: When the rest of the total recording time of the assigned 
BV resource becomes less than 5 minutes, 

Voice Msg Full

 is displayed. (If the 

extension is assigned to Jack 1-1, the indication of both resource 1 and 2 will be displayed.)
