NOTE

1. While storing, the File Number of the document being stored is shown at the upper right 

corner of the display. It is also printed on the Communication Journal (COMM. JOURNAL), 
Transaction Journal and the File List.

"p" that exceeds the 
standard document 
size is not sent.

A3 Size

A4 Size

When transmitting non-standard size document(s), the 
machine may perform Rotate Transmission automatically 
and not transmit the portion of the document that 
exceeds the standard size (“P” portion). 

When an oversized original is sent to another 
machine, sometimes, it is reduced in accordance with 
the other party's recording paper size.
