Registering the Personal Phone Book
To register a recipient into the Personal Phone Book, follow the steps below:
<Data Fields> Tab
Enter the Company Name, Department, Job
Title, Address, Direct Phone No. and the
Extension Phone No. of the recipient to be used
on the Cover Sheet.

Enter the recipient's name.
Fax No.:
Enter the fax number.
Call Type:
Select how the call should be dialed. The code
preset with the Tools/Configuration/Dialing
