Troubleshooting
If the printing operation fails, check the following items first:
• Whether the connecting cable (USB or Ethernet LAN cable) is properly connected.
• Power of the device is turned ON.
• Paper is loaded properly in the device.
• An error message is not displayed on the device.
• Power of the device is turned ON.
