Attaching files to e-mail
You can send e-mail with sound file attachments using less memory than WAVE format.

Select the sound file you want to send.
You can select multiple files.

In the [File] menu, select "Convert to Mail 
Transfer Format".
The [Save in mail transfer format] dialog box appears.

Designate the place you want to save the 
file and give it a name.
The symbols \ /:*?<>| are automatically converted to "_".

Put a [   ] check next to "Saves the WAVE 
conversion software" message.

Click on

The WAVE conversion software
(VM1_Converter.exe) and the VM1 file (

.pvc) you 
specified in step 
 are saved to the designated 
destination, and the Explorer window appears.

Use your e-mail application to attach 
"VM1_Converter.exe" and the VM1 
file, then send the e-mail.
Note
You only have to send VM1_Converter.exe the first time. 
After that, just send the 
#
.pvc file.

Double-click on "VM1_Converter.exe".
The "VM1 Converter" folder is saved.
b
Follow the onscreen instructions (help file) to convert the file from VM1 
to WAVE.
c
Use an audio software player or Voice Editor 3 to play the file.
